Walk & Talk

Having a companion and friend outside of the house helps seniors get outside and enjoy the fresh air. Let’s go for a walk and chat. I’d love to learn more about what makes you happy.

Coffee & Talk

Let’s break up your day with a visit in your home or at your favourite coffee shop. I’d love to spend time with you and enjoy each others company. Engaging in conversation provides mental stimulation and can benefit ones mental health. Even just short periods of talking and reliving memories can increase your sense of belonging and purpose.

Pet Care

I will love your fur baby as much as you do and I know caring for pets as you get older can become difficult. I can walk your dog with you, or you can rest at home while I take your pup out for exercise. I also offer litter clean ups, pet nail trims & doggy baths.
